The Incorporated Trustees of Vicar Hope Foundation as incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria on November 11, 2015 hold office for life. It is highest decision-making body of the Foundation.
The Incorporated Trustees meets only once a year at an Annual General Meeting to receive the Audited Annual Financial Report and the Annual Operational Report of the Foundation from the Board of Directors and Officers of the Foundation
They also approve the Annual Budgets of the Foundation, ratify new projects and programmes of the Foundation as recommended by the Board of Directors and Officers of the Foundation
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
The Board of Directors and Officers of the Foundation is an Executive body accountable to the Incorporated Trustees and is responsible for making decisions as delegated by the Incorporated Trustees.
The Board of Directors and Officers of the Foundation have 11 members, drawn from the Incorporated Trustees who are non-remunerated members of the Foundation and the Top Management of the Foundation who are paid staff in executive positions in the Foundation.
THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Senior Management Team of the Vicar Hope Foundation is a core group made up of heads of departments and units and are responsible for orchestrating the Foundation's day-to-day activities across all departments.
THE MEDICAL SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
The Three-Man Medical Supervisory Committee assumes a crucial role in providing comprehensive oversight of the Vicar Hope Foundation's investments in the subsidiary entity managing its clinics and diagnostics centres. This committee, led by an Incorporated Trustee, holds the responsibility of safeguarding the Foundation's commitment to quality healthcare services.
